This office was recommended to me by some friends and I understand why! Very friendly and attentive staff! There was no wait time, and Dr. Cruz and his staff talk to you throughout your whole visit to make sure you understand what’s going on with your dental health. They use dental imaging technology that gives you a look at your teeth that you’ve never seen before! I was offered a post-cleaning fluoride treatment and informed whether my insurance would cover it so I could make a knowledgeable decision. Very transparent service. 10/10 recommend

Dr Cruz is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! From start to finish, my experience was 10 out of 10. He was very detailed, answered all my questions with joyful professionalism while going in depth with his explanations as opposed to offering surface level answers. I felt very heard and understood the entire time. I can’t recommend the practice enough!

Dr. Cruz and his assistant, Kinley, make such an incredible team. Every time I’m in their care, they manage to combine professionalism with a great sense of humor, which always puts me at ease. Their teamwork is seamless—they communicate well, work efficiently, and make every visit feel comfortable rather than stressful. The front office staff, Aubrey and Adriana, truly elevate the experience. They’re always so professional, friendly, and organized. From scheduling appointments to explaining paperwork or answering questions, they handle everything with patience and kindness. It’s clear they care about creating a smooth experience for every patient who walks through the door. And I can’t say enough about Dental Hygienist Bao. He is absolutely exceptional—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and offers helpful tips for maintaining good dental health. I always leave feeling confident that I’m in the best hands possible. Because of this entire team’s dedication, warmth, and skill, I will absolutely continue to trust them with my dental care. They make every visit something I actually look forward to, and that’s saying a lot when it comes to dental appointments!

I hate going to the dentist. I force myself to go because I know it's good for me but I'd rather drink a bucket of monkey snot or slide down a razor blade into a vat of iodine than go to the dentist. That being said, this was the best dentist experience of my life. The cleaning was pleasant didn't feel like you were getting rotor rooted with a metal brillo pad. Service was excellent, top tier. Thank you and highly recommend.

I've been visiting this location for 2+ years now and they have always been reliable, kind, super professional and always accommodating to me in any and every way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentistry. I drive an hour to see the associates at The Plano Dentist from my home and I refuse other locations over them. I've never been treated better!

I had a great experience today with Dr. Cruz of Plano Dentist and his assistant, Kerrin was also outstanding. It was my first visit, and I was very impressed. Dr. Cruz was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The cleaning was gentle yet detailed, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Kerrin was also thorough and friendly. The entire staff was very welcoming from intake to completion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. I scheduled another appointment with them in the next 6 months for another cleaning. I’ve definitely found my home.
